Lets go release!

It's time to update URL from QRCode to browser Android application with my last year experience in Android development. At first I corrected some errors:

parameters.setSceneMode(Camera.Parameters.SCENE_MODE_BARCODE);

This works perfectly on HTC Desire and crashes on Samsung Galaxy S3.

Then inspired by users requests I add one more screen to the app: The History! It's simple. See below.
